Originally from Louisiana, Justin received his Executive MBA from Louisiana State University. After completing his collegiate baseball career, Justin focused on golf. He became a proficient player that has competed in both professional and top amateur events. He worked at the Jim McLean Golf School in Doral and observed their top teachers such as Jim McLean, Chris Toulson, Glen Farnsworth, Bobby Cole, Shannon Hammel, Jared Isaacs, Michael Hunt, Kevin Sprecher, Marc Costaregni, Tommy Marino, and Mariano Bartolome. He has also had the opportunity to spend time or watch top teachers such as Ben Doyle, Martin Hall, Chuck Winstead, Pat O’Brien, Adam Schriber, and Marius Filmalter. In his quest for knowledge about the mechanics of the golf swing, he has spent numerous hours discussing the biomechanics of the golf swing with Dr. Robert Neal and Chris Welch, two noted golf biomechanists. He has also had the opportunity to talk for numerous hours with Mental Management experts Lanny and Troy Bassham. He has had the opportunity to work with elite golfers such as former PGA Tour player Brian Wilson, 2007 PGA Championship participant Phil Schmitt, mini tour players, collegiate golfers, and top junior golfers such as Mercedes Rios, 2007 North Texas Junior Amateur Champion, and Taylor Mihok. His focus is the development of players using Jim McLean’s 25 Percent Theory—Long Game, Short Game, Mental Game, and Management. Justin has also worked at Baton Rouge Country Club, a prestigious club in Louisiana.

Originally from Canton, Ohio, Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Akron. Brian played Division I collegiate golf and currently plays in professional events. He was Jim McLean’s personal assistant for over a year in which he assisted Jim in every school, lesson, clinic, and speaking engagement. He was instrumental in the opening and development of the Jim McLean Golf Center in Texas. Brian has had the opportunity to watch or spend time with top teachers such as Jackie Burke, Ben Doyle, Carl Welty, Jason Carbone, John Webster, Pat O’Brien, Marius Filmalter, and every top instructor at the Jim McLean Golf School in Doral. He also worked at Firestone Country Club, home of the World Golf Championships Bridgestone Invitational, and Grey Oaks Country Club in Naples, Florida. He has had the opportunity to teach numerous celebrities and elite players such as Len Mattice, Tom Hicks, Tom Grieve, Donny Marshall, Drew Stoltz, Robby Ormond, Randall Hunt, Bryce Benson, and Megan O’Donnell. He also specializes in developing young talent such as the 2007 Dallas-Fort Worth Newcomer of the Year and US Junior Medalist Qualifier Natalie Reeves.

Originally from Richmond, Indiana, Joey is a graduate of Methodist College. Joey played professionally on the Golden Bear Tour, Grey Goose Gateway Tour, Tar Heel Tour, Hooters Tour, and Canadian Tour. He also participated in the PGA Tour Qualifying School several times. Joey was part of the #1 ranked Methodist College Golf Team and was the Indiana State High School Champion twice. He was Jim McLean’s personal assistant for just over a year in which he assisted Jim in every school, lesson, clinic, and speaking engagement including the 2006 PGA Teaching and Coaching Summit. Joey has had the opportunity to watch or spend time with top teachers such as Hank Haney, Chuck Cook, Dave Pelz, Stan Utley, Mike Shannon, Eric Alpenfels, Bill Davis, Dr. Rick Jensen, Ben Doyle, Pat O’Brien, Todd Anderson and every instructor at the Jim McLean Golf School at Doral. Joey has also worked at prestigious clubs such as Pinehurst Resort, Jupiter Hills Club, and Forest Hills Country Club. Originally from Birmingham, Michigan, Neal played collegiate football at New Mexico State University. After completing a ten year professional minor league football career, Neal focused on building golf clubs. He worked as the Head Club Technician for Dallas Golf Company. He also worked as a club builder for Lone Star Golf. He has had the opportunity to build clubs for celebrities and professional athletes such as Tom Hicks, Troy Aikman, Michael Finley, Cliff Harris, Preston Pearson, Brenden Morrow, Jim Sundberg, Spud Webb, Hunter Haas, and Jaxon Brigman. Neal also worked at Royal Oaks Country Club in Dallas, Texas.
