Originally from Louisiana, Justin received his Executive MBA from Louisiana State University. After completing his collegiate baseball career, Justin focused on golf. He has worked closely with Jim McLean for the past seven years. He is the Director of Instruction of the Jim McLean Golf Center, Texas and Jim McLean Junior Academy

Professional Achievments

• Teaches PGA TOUR players, LPGA tour, collegiate golfers, and top junior golfers
• Developed the Jim McLean Junior Academy, a 9 month training program for junior golfers
• Observed many top teachers such as Jackie Burke Jr., Carl Welty, Ben Doyle, and Martin Hall
• Has spent significant time with sport psychologists Dr. Matt Johnson, Dr. Dean Hinitz, and mental coaches Lanny and Troy Bassham
• Has appeared on The Morning Drive for the Golf Channel, Golf Central, The Turn for the Golf Channel, Making the Turn with Peter Kessler, and Fox Sports Chevy Hometown Kids
• Worked at Baton Rouge Country Club, a prestigious club in Louisiana

• Student won the 2014 US Women's Amateur
• Student won the 2014 AJGA Thunderbird
• Student won the Junior PGA by 11 shots
• Student won the 2013 Canadian Junior Girls by 14 shots
• Has had a total of 18 girls qualify for the US Junior Girls in the past four years including the 2013 Runner-UpLed two players to Texas 5A State Title
• Coached National High School Coaches Association's National High School Senior Athlete of the Year and four-time Oklahoma state champion, one of only two in its 82 year history
• Has had players qualify for the following USGA events: US Open, US Amateur, US Public Links and US Junior Boys
• Helped numerous players receive college scholarships
